CBD Cream 1000mg – What are the Benefits?

CBD Cream 1000mg

CBD topicals are getting more popular. People are looking for alternatives to traditional CBD oil consumed under the tongue. Topicals can include creams, lotions, salves, balms, rubs, massage oils, and a host of other related products. While we do not make CBD cream 1000mg, we make a CBD balm with that concentration. It is the highest concentrated USDA-certified organic CBD topical available!

CBD Topical Benefits

CBD topicals have gained in popularity because of the ease of use. You can apply a CBD balm or CBD cream directly to the skin in the affected area. CBD topicals have been linked in studies to help the following acne, psoriasis, eczema, arthritis, neuropathy, and jaw pain. You can find a link to the studies above. Research suggests the anti-inflammatory properties of CBD are what draws the success of CBD products for the skin. CBD is a powerful antioxidant, meaning it protects the skin from free radicals like UV rays, smoke, and environmental pollutants. Cannabinoid receptors are located throughout the skin, so localized use of a CBD topical like a CBD Cream 1000mg can interact with those receptors.

CBD Balm

I cannot speak on other CBD products like CBD cream 1000mg, but I can on our CBD balm. Vermont Organic Science produces a USDA-certified organic CBD balm with 1100mg of full-spectrum CBD in a 1oz container. You will not find another product with that concentration of cannabinoids in a CBD topical. We use minimal ingredients in our CBD balm, and all of the ingredients are USDA certified organic. This product is a true full-spectrum, meaning that it contains other cannabinoids besides CBD. It also contains CBG, CBC, and THC less than 0.3%.

Dosage

Let’s go over quickly the importance of understanding CBD dosage and how to read a label. Most CBD products will give you the total milligrams of CBD in the container. For instance, you will see CBD muscle rub 300mg or CBD cream 1000mg. This is an important data point, but you need to know the size of the container. 1000mg in 30ml is a solid concentration of cannabinoids compared to the same 1000mg in a 180ml container. The simple way to figure out how strong your product is, it to take the total mg and divide it by the milliliters in the container. For the example above 1000mg/30ml = 33.33mg/ml or 3.33% CBD. 1000mg/180ml = 5.55mg/ml or 0.55% CBD. It is imperative to understand this to get your money’s worth when you buy a CBD product.
